The Samsung Galaxy Tab is a series of tablets that use the Android operating system produced by Samsung Electronics. The first tablet was the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab 2010 and was unveiled to the public on September 2, 2010 at IFA in Berlin and was available on November 5, 2010. Several models were later released, including 7.7-inch, 8.9-inch, and 10.1-inch models. All Wi-Fi versions of the tablet include a GPS system, and 3G/4G/5G tablets add cellular functionality. Samsung is currently releasing the flagship Galaxy Tab S and the mid-range Galaxy Tab A, a flagship that supports the S Pen feature and uses the most advanced Snapdragon 8 series.
