Microsoft's ChatGPT-powered Bing AI chat has generated a lot of buzz in recent months, but until now it only worked on Microsoft's own Edge browser.
9to5Google reports that Bing Chat has just launched support for Google's Chrome browser, but with limitations on chatbot functionality. Chat invitations can only be 2000 characters long in Chrome, and the chat is limited to five messages before the session resets.
In Microsoft's Edge browser, invitations can be up to 4,000 characters long, and you can exchange 30 messages with Bing before the conversation resumes. As part of this update, the Edge version of Bing Chat also got a dark mode, another feature you can't yet use in Chrome.
